Customer reported that their LG front-load washer was leaking water onto the floor during the wash cycle. Upon arrival, a thorough inspection was performed to identify the source of the leak. Diagnosis: The door boot seal (gasket) was found torn and worn, preventing a proper, watertight seal during operation. This is a common issue with front-load washers and can cause water to pool around the base of the unit. Work Performed: The damaged door boot gasket was carefully removed and replaced with a new OEM-compatible part. The drum and door assembly were inspected for any additional wear or damage. A full test cycle was run post-repair to confirm the leak was fully resolved, and the washer was operating normally. Result: Washer is functioning properly with no signs of leaking. Unit returned to full working condition.
